Volare Italian Restaurant | Caerphilly | South Wales

 

Volare Italian Restaurant was born from the passion of food by two Calabresians, Ernesto Rappoccio and Fortunato Favasuli. They arrived in Wales on 29th January 2008 to learn English and immediately fell in love with the country. In creating the restaurant, they wanted to bring a slice of their hometown, Reggio Calabria, along with the traditions and cuisine to Wales.

 

Meet Fortunato who describes his passion for Italian Food and how his ethos is to run the restaurant as a family business, which includes his staff.
