From week ending the 1st March 2019, I will be publishing Profiles of Restaurants, starting with my local area of Blackwood, South Wales, UK.
The purpose of the profiles is to highlight restaurants that are helping to build and support communities in the local area.
The Profiles will consist of videos, photos and commentary.
I will be interviewing the owner/s, employees and customers. The food offered will be featured, including any signature dishes. The history, present situation and future plans will be a part of the profile.
All restaurant types will be covered including Italian, French, Mexican, Seafood, Barbecue, British, Pizza, Burger, Indian, Chinese, Thai, USA, Spanish and any others that I have not mentioned.
The service is FREE and it is a way of putting the restaurant on the map.
