Chef Jamie O’Leary is drawing visitors from all over the country wanting to try his delicious dishes at JOL’s restaurant, which is being compared to Michelin starred restaurants. Customers are surprised and amazed that Merthyr can, for the first time, boast of having a top class restaurant.

For Jamie it is a dream come true.
“I grew up here and, like everyone else, I had to travel miles for a quality meal. My vision was to create something special here, on our doorstep. I am delighted that people love coming here and that my food is winning a reputation far and wide.”
