Interviewing the Restaurant Owner – Restaurant Profiles

As I mentioned a few days ago…from week ending the 1st March 2019,  I will
be publishing Profiles of Restaurants.

I will be starting the process with contacting the Restaurant Owner to
arrange a date and time for the interview.

We will cover the following points:

  • Who are you? (Family, hobbies)
  • Where you from? (How was it there?)
  • Who opened the place?
  • When did you open?
  • What are you offering?
  • What is your mission?
  • Why should customers visit your place?
  • What are your Unique Selling Points?
  • What are your plans for the near and far future?

This will be followed by a Walk-Through by the Restaurant Owner covering all
areas from outside the restaurant to the interior.
This will involve a tour of the restaurant, bar and kitchen.
