As I mentioned a few days ago…from week ending the 1st March 2019, I will
be publishing Profiles of Restaurants.
I will be starting the process with contacting the Restaurant Owner to
arrange a date and time for the interview.
We will cover the following points:
- Who are you? (Family, hobbies)
- Where you from? (How was it there?)
- Who opened the place?
- When did you open?
- What are you offering?
- What is your mission?
- Why should customers visit your place?
- What are your Unique Selling Points?
- What are your plans for the near and far future?
This will be followed by a Walk-Through by the Restaurant Owner covering all
areas from outside the restaurant to the interior.
This will involve a tour of the restaurant, bar and kitchen.
