Pasquale and Sergio Cinotti came from Caserta, in Italy, 18 years ago to learn and improve their English language. Instead of returning to their homeland they decided to stay in the UK and study at university. They opened their first business shortly thereafter, a coffee shop and patisserie. They opened Gemelli’s, which means twins in Italian, in 2014 and have recently opened Gem 42 in Bridge Street, Newport, another Italian fine dining experience.
